The Rottet Studio Los Angeles office took runner up in IIDA's Haunt Couture 2014! Haunt Couture is an annual event in which the designed garments are larger than life costumes created from design materials typically specified in contract interiors expressing the “theme” of the event. This year's theme was "MIRROR MIRROR: Who's the Fairest of Them All?"Thanks to Kayla, Michele, Arlene,Brooke, Theresa, Patricia, Harout - our stage stars - and Sona ( who couldn't make the gig, but worked on the dress) and Eric who did the great music.See more photos from the event on our Facebook!
The Houston chapter of IIDA Product Runway: Garden of Secrets took place last Friday and Rottet Studio designer Ginny Hightower gracefully modeled our garment. In tune with the "garden" theme this year, the Houston office was given the prompt of creating a garment resembling a lotus flower. Using about 350 different images collected throughout the day from watching Ginny practice on the runway beforehand to performing in front of the crowd, we were able to splice together a video that depicts the feel of the event.
