Chief Financial Officer

Traci Gholson has more than 20 years experience in finance and accounting support, Ms. Gholson is an experienced chief financial officer with a strong demonstrated background of working in accounting in a myriad of industries including oil and gas, technology, and public accounting.

As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Gholson is responsible for leadership and direction as it relates to all financial functioning in this architecture and interior design organization – A/P, A/R, monthly financial close, annual budgeting, fiscal reporting, payroll, information technology, and human resources. In partnership with the three Founding Principals, provide direction and support for project cost reporting out of three strategically located offices – New York City, Los Angeles, and headquarters in Houston. Coordinate and manage annual budget and monthly financial reporting both internally and external to our private funding partner. With her project accountant, drive a fiscal awareness culture with the Project Managers on being directly responsible for project financial performance.

Ms. Gholson is skilled in accounting and financial management, government contracting (including DCAA) compliance, operations management, and product development. With specialties include a variety of accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics SL and Deltek.
