         A recent Crain's New York article highlighted the reopening of the Loews Regency Hotel in New York after its Rottet Studio interior makeover amounting to $100M."The Park Avenue property, owned by Jonathan Tisch, has been closed for a $100 million year-long renovation. The Regency, a power breakfast spot, wants to be a contender for lunch, dinner and drinks, too, to attract younger guests.
